Atra has realised a new oil mixing system managing ratios from 1,000 to 2,000,000 CPS.
The system is equipped with PID regulation of the material feeding pressure, as well as a digital sonar control to check the A/B material presence. It also features an analogical sonar control of the mixing drum filling level. All ratios and set points are programmable according to each recipe. The system integrates the variable thermoregulation of the mixing materials. The mixed material is delivered in a continuous cycle by gear pumps and a DOI.P high pressure dosing unit, entirely designed and produced by Atra. The UI interface allows easy and precise control of all parameters.
Like all Atra’s systems, also this one integrates Industry 4.0 technology.
